Coconut Milk and cream
Coconut water is the translucent, free flowing liquid obtained from the inside of a coconut.
Coconut milk is produced by pressing the grated coconut white meat. It is a creamy liquid with about 33% fat.
When it is produce in industrial way, water is added. The lightest milk has 17% fat. The heavier one about 25 % : it is often called coconut cream.
Our Coconut Cream and milk are aseptically packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bag in double-walled corrugated carton box or in steel drums with PE liner. Net content is 25 liters per bag in box and 210 liters in drum.
The products are 100% natural, without any preservative a/o stabilisers
They are processed in FDA-registered facilities which are HACCP and Kosher-certified.
Organic coconut milk and cream are also available.
For our cream & milk, we can supply both with stab (guar gum or kelgum) or without stab, depending on the customer's need.

Sweetened coconut cream
Coconut milk a/o cream is not stable either with alcohol or with pineapple juice.
However eveyone knows the piña colada a sweet, rum based cocktail, with pineappel and coconut.
The primary ingredient is different : it is sweetened cream of coconut (SWCC), a delicious blend of coconut cream and cane sugar.
The original mix was invented in 1954 in the university of Puerto Rico, by Ramon Lopez Irizarry, and the piña colada has been the official beverage of Porto Rico since 1978 !
Coconut plantations of Puerto Rico being scarce, the production for American market moved to Dominican Republic.
For European market , production started a few years later in Sri Lanka, with an improved recipe.
Besides piña colada , our SW CC can be used for other coktails, as coco punch, drinks, as milk shakes or smoothies, various dairy or dessert applications, and as substitute of sweetened condensed milk.
SWCC is available in 400 ml cans for home, in 3l cans for bars and catering, and in frozen 200 kg drums for industry.
